I agree with you that if someone said "Happy Hanukkah" i wouldn't be offended. I still say Merry Christmas all the time at work when we are supposed to say Happy Holidays. I think my roommate got those same exact stamps when she went and asked for Christmas stamps to mail her cards and the work said the same thing to her about having holiday stamps not Christmas stamps.
